We had been looking forward to seeing this movie and since we had 4 passes (thank you scene card!), and it was cheap Tuesday, the movie cost us $6.50 for all of us to see it! We love this movie and the main character reminded me a LOT of Bryn :)

We went back in time as we entered Heritage Park! The kids enjoyed the old fashioned rides and the treats! We all enjoyed the train, the boat, and the demonstrations. So fun!

Happiness is spending a few hours laughing and catching up with siblings. Especially when I haven't seen them in a long while! Love you guys!

Our day trip to Calaway Park was much more fun with the cousins there to share the experience! They had more fun together than ever before!

Our last day at the reunion was met with a little sadness after finding a baby robin that had fallen from it's nest. It was dying, so Lyndon put it out of it's misery so it wouldn't suffer a moment longer.

Lots of activities happened today, but the most memorable was the roasting of the pig for dinner! Grandpa got to parade the head around on a platter for all to see. It was delicious and it made us appreciate, more, where our food comes from!

We arrived at the Shipley Family reunion a day early, so we got to enjoy some extra visiting time with the relatives! Uncle Ted had some fun stories to share with the kids about some petrified dinosaur poop he discovered on the land.

A glorious day in Banff - a place full of majestic beauty! We only saw one bit of wildlife, and that was this lone deer near the Banff Springs Hotel. Still, a great day!

It was perfect weather to enjoy a day at the Calgary zoo. One of my favorite parts is all of the beautiful peacocks wandering around the grounds. It makes for a great photo op when they are on full display!

Our first day with the Bakers! We are so glad they made the trip up from Idaho to visit and experience a little of what Calgary has to offer! Today? The Stampede, of course!

The girls went through a faze where they wanted to play Monopoly every day. I had no idea it has been around for as long as it has, and it still captures the imagination of kids, young and old, today! Besides the fact that they are actually learning math and economics at the same time! Bonus!

When the tiger lilies are in bloom, my heart is just that much happier :) It brightens my entire day to see them! Like home grown sunshine!

While driving into the Superstore parking lot, I laughed out loud when I saw this person, parked in the driving lane of the parking lot. They must have been in a hurry to park, and noticed the white car parked facing toward them, so assumed that the spot in front of them was a stall. Who knows. Just a funny moment when I was glad to have my iPhone camera on me!

Spending a glorious afternoon at Regina Beach, visiting, eating, and enjoying every second. I sure love where we live!
